In operation since 1979, several local design and engineering companies merged to create SOFCON as a regional and full-service design and engineering organization. Since its formation in 2000, SOFCON has significantly grown from just over 100 employees at inception to current manpower of close to 1,000. This unprecedented growth is reflection of value offered by SOFCON to its clients through its continuously growing competent and competitive resources that are expected to reach over 1,000 in 2010.
